In terms of talent, how does VA compare to the other states?


Like in football VA may have the talent, but may lack the depth compared to the other states. I do agree with you that VT may have trouble getting players from the Gulf Coast states to come play in Blacksburg. However, I do wonder what is the secret for other programs (i.e. UVA, Minnesota, Wichita State, etc.), who have the same disadvantage as VT, in building their programs. If VT isn't able to sign recruits from the Gulf Coast states, then should it consider targeting recruits from Latin America?
