Every VT coach has had the ability to recruit Va, Mid-Atlantic etc., they haven't had the facilities in order to do so. The stadium will drastically improve recruiting for new head coach. 4. I'd rather have a coach that has a track record of continued success/development than one who has quick turnarounds. Turnarounds are good but seldom stand the test of time. I would consider 2-3 maybe even 4 years "quick" for a turnaround at VT given our last 2 seasons. Meaning winning conference & overall record, consistent ACC tournament appearances.
