Where did I mention missing the ACCT, I had that as a year 1 goal

I know that's not very lofty for year one, but there is a lot of work to be done by the new coach. The person we hire is going to be a baseball coach, not a magician.

It's going to take time to upgrade the talent in the pipeline and to build a culture. These things don't happen overnight. And CWS appearances are VERY hard to come by. It took UVA almost a decade when they landed O'Connor.
