Two super regionals in five seasons when Maryland had never even been that far. Now in his fifth year, they're still in the NCAAs.

As I said, there's something to be said for keeping the ship afloat after a coaching change. If he had been at Maryland 2 or 3 years, I'd be a little skeptical, but still having success at five years, I think he's a good choice.

His resume seems a little bit like Buzz's.
