I also believe Whit has shown he will do what he can and be proactive to keep him and should Buzz decide to leave I would expect Whit to open the drawer of his office desk pull the list of best possible candidates that every AD worth their salt keeps and go back to work to get a replacement. With the current AD, hiring a new coach is not the same exercise in anguish and anxiety that it once was at VT.
