All you have to do is look at the two baseball leagues.


John Szefc has coached in both the ACC and B1G for baseball. I think this decision shows his preference. The ACC is a top league in baseball right there with the SEC and PAC 12. The B1G is not a top league. So he's moving up.

That's why all this talk of Texas to the B1G seems crazy. Baseball is the second most important sport to the Longhorns. Any of the ACC, SEC, or PAC 12 is much better.
