I obviously was not in the room with him. And if Smith told Buzz (or vice versa) to keep the visit between them then that might be why he hasn't addressed it . Neither of them can stop the media from reporting something about it if they catch wind.

I really don't see what else he should have done in this instance. He can't answer any formal or informal overture with some public assurance that he's going to be the coach here for the forseeable future. And keep in mind he doesn't have an agent to advise him on how to publicly turn down an overture.
