I think Tech's upgraded baseball facilities have a lot to do....

with that too. Partly thanks to being in the ACC and partly to keep up with our brothers in Charlottesville, Union Bank and Tech are upping the baseball facilities. I think UVa winning a natty is what's driving this, along with Whit being a big baseball guy.

Szefc likes Blacksburg and sees the potential with an exciting new venue. Being in the ACC helps a bunch. I won't turn a blind eye to that. But saying the Szefc hire was a B1G vs ACC play is overstating this situation a bit. Whit did this for Tech, not the ACC.
