Buzz has done and will do a great job for us HOKIES. I do not expect him to "retire" from coaching; therefore I do expect him to take another coaching job within 3-4 years. VT b'ball is better for having Buzz, but will we be better than: Duke-UNC-Lou 'Ville in the future is very doubtful.

And, YES, Whit is a smart man and has his list of replacement choices!
