Sure it can have a big effect on recruiting


And of course Buzz can explain away from his POV. By the same token, a guy like Mike Brey who has been at ND for over a decade can point to that consistency and lack of general rumors of moving on and say that he's in it for the long haul. To say that the rumors around Buzz have no effect is naïve.
