Do you offer a legacy, just because he's a legacy? Hmmm! How's that worked

out for us?
A. Does he WANT to be a Hokie? Not everyone from BBurg does (Barber bros.).
B. You find out from his HS coach if his work ethic is great, or if it's all just natural talent. If his work ethic is GR8, then u use him on KO returns and STs at first, maybe Gunner?
You have him develop the skills he needs to make the 2 deep and if by year 3 he's not there, you ask him to transfer to another program.

There is a litany of guys who made their rep by ST play. You can't teach speed. Who knows how fast he can be by the time he's a junior? Could be Deion Sanders fast? We don't know, but it's a 4% shot1? What gives, we can't take 1 flyer on a guy that has A skill that not many have...and he's a BALLER.
Who says much about Seth's D? Anybody? Anybody? Bueller? Bueller?
