If the ACCN does take off, then it will be interesting to see

how UVA and VT use that revenue. The reason I am curious to know is because of VA's law that doesn't allow colleges to use taxpayer dollars to fund capital athletic projects. Will either school look to reinvest that revenue right away into either existing or new sports? Will either school take a portion (or maybe close to all some years) and keep it in reserve to be used for future capital projects?
