If the major impediment for the PAC network is their failure to secure carriage on DirectTV, then maybe the equity partner they need is AT&T, who owns DirectTV. DirectTV can continue to stonewall anyone else who buys into the PACN. Bundling PAC Tier 3 with the B1G Tier 3 does nothing but diminish the overall value. The BTN will not compromise their product.
