Very few HS kids are electronically timed
So when you see those 4.4 athletes, do know that it's very unlikely they are truly a 4.4 athlete but more likely run a 4.55 or 4.6. Frankly, anything under 4.6 is considered fast and running between 4.6-4.7 is still solid.
As far as SPARQ, I actually don't have the full answer for you, but I know it's a measure that takes athletic measures from the athlete together and comes up with a number. The higher the number, the more athletic.
