Recruiting services needing to sell subscriptions dictates stars

Schools with the most fans will have the most subscribers. These subscribers pay to read about how their school is getting great 4/5-stars ballers not 2/3-star average athletes. (Notre Dame, tOSU, Bama, Tx, etc)

Granted the top 30 or so 5-star kids have legit talent/measurables, But after that it's a basically a crapshoot to compare these kids. Different states. Different competition. Motivational factors. Etc.
