"If" they go to 4 divisions, 20 could work and with 18 you can still do 2

divisions. However 18 with two divisions is more like an alliance then a conference since the two divisions probably don't play each other much.

"If" they take Oklahoma, Kansas and somehow can get Texas, I believe Okie State, K-State and Texas Tech would need a P-4 to land in too. Otherwise the political landscape in each state will be very ugly...whether that's the B1G or SEC or wherever.
