Even with an offer, whenever it was given, the last Chris heard was a) Chapman wasn't giving off "happy vibes" WRT Tech, b) he is tight with the guys at BS, where he's transferring, c) the last we all heard, after the Capehart fiasco, Tech's standing with the kids at BS weren't high.

A lot of fences needed mending. Apparently, that mending is moving along nicely.
