and assuming all is well, every 10 years thereafter.

As has been stated, the prep is the worst part, and it really isn't all that bad. Get the "goop" really cold, almost slurpy like, and chase it with cold 7-UP or Fresca.

Only clear liquids after the prep till procedure time, but remember Vodka is a clear liquid!
