I know Disney owns both now. However, when I was reading about


the history of ABC Sports. It identifies ESPN, Inc. as the parent company and not Disney Inc. (or whatever official name). So I wasn't sure if ESPN bought ABC Sports prior to Disney buying ABC or if Disney decided to re-org ABC Sports under ESPN after it acquired both.
