Pitt AD: No plans for an on-campus football stadium

It looks like for the foreseeable future, Pitt will be playing at Heinz Field. There is land on campus, but the new AD sees a greater need to improve facilities for the Olympic Sports. She values the relationship with the Steelers and believes that football has good facilities Pitt shares with the Steelers. She's working on ways to better market the games for attendance and plans to honor the Pittsburgh Penguins at one of the games.

I'm sure that the Steelers have first class facilities. If Pitt can use them, then they can invest their money in other things. But they do need to work on attendance.
