Do I think we should expand our efforts more outside of the 757? Absolutey.

Does 757 have ups and downs in talent levels from year to year like ALL areas? Absolutely.

Are there great out of state players we can reasonably compete for in NC? Absolutely.

Does that mean the 757, being in state, doesn't still remain our best (not only) recruiting resource that we have some sort of geographical claim too? No, and its not even close. We need to expand, and Fuente is doing exactly that. But we dismiss 757 at our own peril. Re-establishing a strong foothold there again will happen before we become a perennial top 10 team again a la 1999-2011.
