Revenue goes in one pile regardless of source. The conferences only own

the members' home games of the sports being televised. So let's say TT is in the PAC for football and basketball and in the Mountain West for everything else. If the Mountain West has no network for the non-revs, then the PAC could theoretically own all of TT's home games for broadcast on the PACN regardless of sport. But if the Mountain West has a network, TT could have the non-rev home games on that network instead for some negotiated amount and they wouldn't be shown on the PACN.

edit: And taking if further, perhaps TT agrees to play X number of non-conference road games against Mountain West opponents in the revenue sports each year to raise the profile of the MWC and its network (if it has one).
