Only in limited circumstances since the code for running romex and coax


are different. For instance, if you put romex through a stud, under some conditions (per NEC) and all conditions (some states, cities, etc.), you need to put a metal shield to protect from a nail or screw going into it. That is, iirc, not ever required for coax. (Note: this might be a bogus example, but it is analogous to real examples that I am smart enough to know exist but too dumb to actually know)

I suspect the odds that the Coax was run to meet the code for electrical to be slim to none.
