I don't think I would have called it trying to look at it from a neutral perspective. But the refs on the field don't have the benefit of looking at it in slow motion.

Remember, even the announcers calling the game caught it right away and were sure of the penalty... until they saw it in slow motion. In slow motion, it doesn't look like much, but the way Hyman moves his arms and the reaction of the defender's body makes it look like Hyman pushed harder than he really did. Technically, it was interference... but it looked pretty blatant real time.
