My opinion

FWIW. Conferences should have the ability to determine their conference champions. For the ACC divisions don't seem to work well. I'd propose no divisions while having 14 members. Pick the top 2 teams by conference record or CFP ranking. Play 8 conference games. Play 3 permanent partners and alternate five and five every two years. That way you play everyone at least twice every four years and you keep your traditional rivalries.
