I too share your animosity towards TWC/Spectrum CATV. I refuse to consider any of their ancillary products (VOIP or Broad Band) until they improve the quality of their core business product. I think their CATV product suffers at the expense of their VOIP and Broad Band products appetite for limited bandwidth. I'm looking for a viable more affordable alternative. Their Technical Service is lousy and requires three (3) calls before the priority is escalated. The problem is always on the end users end and never up the line at a faulty RF amplifier on their main distribution system. They're a bunch of Pirates.
