First, the notion he can't get bigs in the NBA comes from the fact that he has failed to produce an NBA post player

Second, no one said he can't coach bigs...just that others McCormack is considering do it better and have schemes better designed to utilize their strengths

Buzz schemes to his strengths as a roster, and he likes versatile rosters that are wing-heavy...there's nothing wrong with that, he will win a lot of games doing so

But it isn't conducive to landing high profile post players or developing them into pros
