For every Tyrod Taylor and Michael Vick, there is at least one other Ike Whittaker or Dwayne Lawson. And despite the fact that he gets an unfair rap on here, let's not forget that Sean Glennon was also a VERY highly touted QB.

Sometimes for whatever reason, prospects don't work out. In some cases they don't have the work ethic and/or their heart isn't in it. In some cases they don't have the intangibles. In some cases, they aren't what they were cracked up to be physically. In other cases, they simply struggle to put everything together on the field.
