I dont think he grades out as a high pick. He might but kid of reminds me of kid from Duke few years ago that was all ACC safety every year made a thousand tackles but went undrafted. Blanding is solid he just does not make many splash plays whether in passing game or Huge hits. He is not extremely athletic like the kids from FSU and Pitt
