I'm not discounting that you probably had a terrible time in Morgantown. I have been treated very poorly in Blacksburg, Pittsburgh, and dang near needed the National Guard to get me and about 1K more Mountaineer fans out of the stadium in Greenville, NC when ECU smoked us the week after they defeated you guys. The point I'm trying to make is that every fan base is full of morons and idiots and they do not define a fan base as a whole. O. Luck worked hard at squelching poor fan behavior in Morgantown and I've seen nothing but great treatment of opposing fans over the past several years, granted none of our visitors have been VT, Pitt, Miami, or Syracuse. Conference realignment threw a powder keg on this rivalry and created feelings of hate and disdain that otherwise wouldn't have existed. That's all water under the bridge now. I think both our fan bases will be charged up for this, probably far more than the players, because as Phillips said in an interview I read, he was 7 when they last played. Our fan bases can have FedEx rocking and make this one heck of a college football night and have the whole nation talking, or they can easily ruin it.
