Options if BIG12 implodes and Texas wants in. Ultimatum to Notre Dame, join now as a full member or here's your rights back and it was nice doing business with you. Texas plus 1 (whomever Texas wants) to get to 16. If ND sees the BIG12 ready to implode and wants to be a player, then they preempt Texas and join as a full member and bring along Navy. If Texas goes elsewhere, then the ACC can wait and back fill with any other two schools as most of the remaining BIG12 schools or G5 schools (OK and Kansas are exceptions) have no appeal to the SEC, BIG, or PAC12. I think the ACC is in a strong position, just keep winning all- sports championships.
