The ACC and the schools definitely present that image publicly.

However, I do wonder how many ADs and President believe it 100% behind closed doors. Even if not everyone believes it 100%, nothing is going to change in the relationship. At best it may lead to some interesting conversations behind closed doors among each other throughout the year and whenever they get to get for ACC meetings.
