Well can't be that harsh, VT messaging was wrong

Over the last 50 years, VT advised that just buying season tickets was all you had to do to contribute to VT.

Then we offered lifetime seat selection if you gave a lifetime contribution. again tied to tickets....

Therefore, there was not alot of work nurturing contributions, corporate donations etc....

We have a great team, that knows what they are doing. but lots of work . Just look next 2 weeks, Whit, beamer and the Diredtor homie club goes of the hokie club/alumni meeting in san francisco and dallas. Thats great.. go where our alumni are anywhere any place, solicit interest, encourage contributions and even though they are are away, they CAN make the difference.

See if we can get a VT graduate from big IT corporations Ie Facebook executive group) or others to donate (100k which is not much in their circle). That starts rolling up quick.... Also, back in blacksburg enlarging airport for corporate jets and outreach in DC area essential
