Many years ago we were fishing on the upper end of oregon inlet and this

lady comes over the dune wood plank ramp in a caddy sedan, sunk it within 5 feet. She thought the sand was like down in FL. It took me several very hard jerks to dislodge the car and get her back onto the wood crossover. I told her she prob should stay on the paved roads.
