Question for the TV media types on here

Just about any game of any significance (and many of none) can be found on youtube, and if within the past 10 yrs in excellent quality. Commercial free as well. Why would anyone bother with ESPNU to watch replays? If I had a bar in Bburg I'd stream a VT game all the time - they all have robust internet. Why doesn't, or can't the networks shut these down? Are they getting a cut from google?
