I found/borrowed an old charcoal barrel cooker that someone used to cook whole hogs on. It was a pain in the butt to use. I have a small offset smoker at home that does the best tasting meat. I also have an electric smoker that does a pretty good job and is easier, but although the meat is still pretty good, it's not quite the same as cooking over wood. I hope to get a large offset smoker made sometime. I have some pictures of what I want. I met the shop teacher at the high school this summer, I'm wondering if I get the materials if they would make it in class.
