I am not sure I would make that assumption because it may depend

on a couple of things; cable/satellite vs. streaming and formatting differences within streaming (WatchESPN vs. Sling TV Orange). The cable/satellite version may limit the choices depending on how many ACCN channels or alternate channels (i.e. Hallmark Channel being used to broadcast a game on the ACCN) available to the viewer.

If it is a WatchESPN format, then every game should be available. However, I experimented with SlingTV Orange on my Roku 2 and I noticed that the BTN, P12N, or SECN didn't televise whatever game not already covered on another network. If anything it appeared that I had the same options as if I had cable or satellite.

FWIW the BTN only broadcasts 35-40 games on its network each season. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 2 games and 1 must be a conference game. I am not sure about the P12N or SECN.
