No Settle not over rated but fans overhype, Settle not ranked nearly as high as Hand or Brown. Settle on a nice track right now for a 4 star recruit but fans had him coming in starting as TF. Settle going to be a beast but was not ready when he came in, Settle will be NFL player but needs to get stamina up to be effective as every down player.
