I may be alone, but I don't see Texas to the PAC, Texas A&M would crush em


in recruiting IMHO if they go to the PAC. I can see the B1G, but I doubt ESPN is going to let them go. The ACC is the wild card, that many think is not possible. I have said for a while it is very much on the table. If the P-4 ends at 16 each and pulls away for the Championship Playoff, I can see ND and Texas in the ACC. Texas and ND would only be required to play 7 conference games. That means Texas could still play Oklahoma every year, something Oklahoma would want from a recruiting stand point if they aren't in the same conference. Texas might even be able to get Texas A&M in that scenario, especially if Saban and the TV networks say play all or almost all P-64 games.

Notre Dame sure could have a national regular season schedule with 5 OOC games. They could play USC, Stanford, Michigan, etc. easily. All of this in the past has been tough to see, but every move in the Power Conferences seems to make it easier and easier to create the Conference Championships as the first games in the playoffs.
