I went back this morning and there was some work being done on the floor. They were pulling up the blue paint tape. I asked the guy in a Hokie shirt if all the painting was complete he said it was. He said that the lighting was causing the color to look off a little. It actually looked better to me today than yesterday. They are also putting a design on the baselines, although I couldn't tell what it will be. I suspect it may be some kind of Hokie Stone look based on the stencil I saw laying there. To be honest the man I talked to didn't seem very happy to talk to me, not friendly at all. He answered my questions, barely but did not offer any information, even though it was obvious I was trying to find out what was going on. Maybe I was out of line by asking him what was going on. If I was I apologize. If not he needs some better customer skills, imo.
