As for our program, it has slipped a little each of the past few years. It seems like Clemson has taken our place in the ACC. Recruiting and injuries have contributed to our decline. Our depth isn't what it was a few years ago. I expect another season similar to 2016 which likely will end up as another year out of the playoffs. It all depends on the younger players and how well we play defensively as a team. I hope that I'm wrong and that the team will perform like they did a few years back. I'd like to see Chugger recruit internationally like FSU does. I think that would help our depth and talent level, but I don't think we have anyone on the coaching staff with international ties except for Chugger who played professionally in Belgium for a short time.
