I was an architecture major and have no idea how anyone could balance that major and football. I'd even go so far as to call it impossible.

You have to be smart to get into the major, but once you're in it, it's all about effort and the excessive amount of time you put into each project. In my day (2001-07), studio was from 1pm to 5pm every Monday/Wednesday/Friday. That was just the official studio meeting time - you end up being in there when you're not in another class by default because you have to keep working on your projects.

So yeah, not sure how anyone could possibly swing that major and football.
