+1, Ut. As I've said on here before, the Administrative capabilities of


the HC/VTAF are sorely lacking. I usually go over to the HC every few months to check up on things (one of the advantages of having retired to Blacksburg). I'm supposed to go over this week, and I'll see if I can get any insight.
