the NBA used the CBA as a quasi minor league. So it isn't completely accurate to say that college basketball is the only minor league for the NBA.

Also, you could make the case that the NFL experimented with quasi minor leagues. Specifically I am referring to the Word Football League and World League of American Football (which was later rebranded as NFL Europe). I would call that a quasi minor league since NFL teams were allowed to allocate players to the WFL and WAFL. You could tell who was an allocated player because they were the ones with their NFL team logo on the back of the WFL/WAFL helmets. I believe teams in both leagues were limited in the number of NFL players they could have on their roster.
