Exactly! Miami does present some challenges still
But they aren't challenges that Richt can't overcome. Sure, there are reasons for caution (who is their QB going to be ?). But they aren't coached by an inexperienced HC or a guy with a couple years at a low-level. Richt has coached at the highest level and done very well for a very long period of time.
The variables are much more complicated than just "it's Miami and Miami has underachieved a lot lately". A lot of times, it's just a matter of time until the variables line up. Again, see also Carson Palmer.
