Thank you for this. Since she was hired, it has been really

quiet. I was wondering what she was bringing to the table, as far as changes. I appreciate that she makes no bones about 1.) The cupboard wasn't bare, so VT shouldn't be a horrible team this year and 2.) She needs about three years and then we can look to the mountaintops.
That was my takeaway.
