I thought it was interesting too, that she doesn't see VT as a rebuild.

At least not a full rebuild. During Chris Riley's tenure, VT was never bad, just seemed to plateau. Last season's injury bug torpedoed that team, and due to a collection of reasons I won't get into, Riley left.

Wilson has stuff to work with, but like it always is, it will take at least two full seasons for her to full get her stamp on the program.
