Not sure how you would do that as the water pipe and the electric would get

in the way of trying to put another pump down the well. I wonder how it got stuck though as the pump is literally suspended by the water line and the electric connection in the well. Unless a tree root or something has gone thru the well wall no idea how it would get stuck
