Vt is going to more targeted ticket strategy - i.e. Closer gets more services and higher price - also vt is working on more major renovation of cassell and vt doesnt want to replace too much. There are close hold architectural studies being done on what can be done; business case analysis etc. this includes renovation and transformation of bowman room. This will take a couple of years.
