Are you saying you are upset the hokie pokie is gone and now we play rap music the kids like instead? what is being "distanced from the fan base"?? the hokie pokie tradition? I don't think it said rap music was going to be played between quarters, the Marching Virginias are.

IMO, the hokie pokie was a childish dance that was quite honestly embarrassing to see a bunch of adults doing.

These "kids" (players) are the ones on the field giving it everything they have, getting pounded each and every game for our entertainment, and we are the ones who pay to watch it. Let them listen to whatever music they like, it gets them energized during warm ups and during time outs.
